Indoor setups often provide even better audio and visual quality due to controlled lighting and acoustics.
We can work with whatever content you’d like to show, whether that’s a movie you own, a streaming service you subscribe to, personal videos and photos, or business presentations. We’ll help you determine the best way to access and display your chosen content. For gaming, you can bring your own consoles and games, or we can discuss options for providing gaming equipment as an add-on.
Setup typically takes 60-75 minutes, and we arrive early to ensure everything is perfect before your event begins. Teardown takes about 45-60 minutes after your event concludes. We work efficiently and professionally, minimizing disruption to your property and schedule.
For outdoor setups, we need a relatively flat area approximately 30 feet wide by 40 feet deep. This accommodates the screen, projector, audio equipment, and guest seating. We can adapt to various spaces and will work with you during our consultation to determine the optimal setup for your specific location.
Our standard rental period is four hours, which provides plenty of time for a feature film, gaming session, or karaoke party. We also offer extended rental options for all-day events, multi-day celebrations, or special circumstances. There’s no maximum—if you want to host a weekend-long movie marathon, we’re here for it!
